Many people in the CONGREGATION see THINGS that should never happen, which drive people away from the Church and lead them to hell; these matters need to BE JUDGED.

BUT they fear God because these are authorities above them, so they NEVER say anything.
However, there are sins that must be judged at the Cross; otherwise, we have an Achan bringing defeat.

Imagine in an army, a soldier catches a captain SPYING.
How ridiculous it would be for the soldier to keep quiet!
The Rule – the soldier ‘asks permission’ of the captain to ‘stop and report’ him; even if the captain does not give permission, the Rule is that the soldier is obliged to do so. WHY? The security of an entire nation is at stake!

Many BAD leaders, pastors and bishops already exploit this factor to do wrong behind the backs of top leadership.

VALID COMPLAINTS
Why?
Because it will DEFEND THE MINISTRY!

MANÁ OMBUDSMAN’S OFFICE
It is a public forum for RECEIVING COMPLAINTS, similar to the Ombudsman; complaints will be INVESTIGATED and no one can be DEEMED GUILTY until PROVEN OTHERWISE.

However, the RULE is:
No accusation against …
is accepted without WITNESSES
and if …

1 Timothy 5
19 Do not accept an accusation against an elder unless it is supported by two or three witnesses.
20 Those who persist in sin are to be rebuked in the presence of all, so that the others may take warning.
21 I charge you in the presence of God … to observe these things, doing nothing out of partiality.

Any leader caught RETALIATING will be SEVERELY PUNISHED; this applies in both cases:
1- if the accusation is false;
2- if the accusation is true.

Real-life example:
It has happened to several pastors and even a married bishop; he was ‘biting the bait’ of a woman and several people saw it and were very disturbed; the bishop even very conveniently stopped wearing his ‘ring’.
When confronted, his response was: ‘Love is in the heart, not in a ring.’

OBVIOUSLY, this Bishop’s heart was full of ADULTERY!

But he hid behind the fact that he ‘knew’ no one would report him.
Those who dared to speak to him were very subtly DISTANCED, and REPORTED to his Superior as PROBLEMATIC individuals.

It brings misfortune and defeat upon the entire CONGREGATION.

He mixed truths with lies or DISOBEDIENCE
He watched for the REACTION
An angel who accepted it – was visited again
An angel who did NOT accept it – was REMOVED – He retaliated

Examples of SIN amongst BISHOPS:

sends ‘veiled messages’ against his Bishop
sends ‘veiled messages’ against the Apostle
is in the process of becoming KORAH
MUST be REPORTED urgently

REBELS – those who cause rebellion – drag or try to drag people along with them
with the excuse that their Leader is wrong, or has faults
Example of Miriam – she was stricken with leprosy.

DESERTERS – those who ABANDON GOD’S FLOCK – Pastors and even Bishops.

GRUMBLERS – those who, like in Numbers 14, always think things are better out there
people in the world are more powerful than the Church
society’s trends are more important than the Bible’s unchanging truth
social security, medicine, etc. are more powerful than God’s promises.

WOLVES – they infiltrate churches to STEAL what is not theirs
they are people who have strayed from a church, speaking ill of it, and even in rebellion, and then go there ‘DISGUISED’ as friends, implying that ‘they are still part of the church’
But they always have “ulterior motives” – to lure people away to other churches – or to a supposed church that he is going to open.
