1- If a person observes or becomes aware of any breaches of moral standards or of the Church of Maná’s teachings, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Maná Ombudsman.

2 – The submission of a complaint is subject to the following requirements:

a) The complainant may not remain anonymous.
b) The complainant must provide 2 or 3 witnesses in accordance with 1 Timothy 5:19.

3 – The complaint will only be accepted on the official form created for this purpose.

4 – The complainant must clearly identify themselves so that they can be contacted to give statements when proceedings are initiated.

5 – If all the above requirements are met, the complainant must then complete the form.
